Midtown Toronto’s ongoing transformation continues with a proposal for a 49-storey condominium tower at 41 Berwick Avenue, designed by Turner Fleischer Architects for Stafford Homes and Greybrook Realty Partners. Rising just west of Yonge Street to the south of Eglinton Avenue, the development site is located a short walk from Eglinton station and within the boundaries of its Major Transit Station Area.
