CentreCourt is proposing a 50-storey condominium tower on a compact site at the northwest corner of Yonge Street and Cameron Avenue in North York’s Lansing-Westgate neighbourhood.
Designed by Arcadis, 4656 Yonge Street would rise south of Sheppard-Yonge station, offering access to both Yonge Line 1 and Sheppard Line 4.
The irregularly shaped development site encompasses 4632 through 4648 Yonge Street and 18 Cameron Avenue, along with portions of 16 Cameron Avenue and 4656 Yonge Street. A two-storey commercial plaza and two detached houses currently occupy the redevelopment lands, while an autobody shop on the northern portion of the larger property holding would remain. Situated between the high-rise Yonge corridor and the low-rise residential streets of Lansing-Westgate, condominium towers are found across Yonge to the east and detached houses immediately west.
