30 Merton Street Nears Topping Off in Davisville Village

October 2, 2026

Just east of Yonge Street in Midtown Toronto’s Davisville Village stands the growing 30 Merton Street, at Merton’s northeast corner with Al Green Lane.

The 37-storey rental tower designed by Sweeny &Co Architects for QuadReal Property Group and bcIMC, is nearing topping off, with much of clad in white panels and window wall glazing. Since UrbanToronto’s April, 2026 update, construction has advanced to the stepped-back upper levels, while enclosure has progressed across the tower.

Red construction hoist cabs climb the east elevation in July, 2026, when the tower had reached approximately the 34th floor, with projecting slab formwork beneath the crane and concrete boom pump. Cladding and glazing reached to around the 19th floor, just about where projecting balcony slabs begin.
